Good light dish on a cold day. Can used chicken from store rotisserie chicken or cook your own ahead.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chilli

3 cups diced chicken
4 oz diced green chilies
28 oz rotel tomatoes
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
14 oz pinto beans
1/2 cup salsa
1 t cumin
1 T chili powder
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chilli

Add all ingredients into dutch oven pot and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is as tender as desired.
