Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chilli

3 Serving Chicken
19 oz Unico Red Kidney Beans
64 oz aylmer tomatoes
19 oz blue menu black beans
12 oz nn peach
1.5 tsp Cumin
2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
3 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chilli

  1. combine chicken, tomatoes and spices in pot and let simmer on stove top for an hour and a half

  2. dice onions, peppers, celery and set aside

  3. shred chicken and leave in tomato mixture

  4. add remaining ingredients to pot and let simmer for an hour
