Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili or Stew Starter

24 ounce navy beans, drained
24 ounce chicken breasts
16 ounce tomato sauce, canned
16 ounce stewed tomatoes, canned
12 ounce chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili or Stew Starter

  1. Broil Chicken Breasts and cut into chunks.

  2. In Large Dutch Oven, combine all ingredients.

  3. Bring to boil and cook 10 minutes with alternate ingredients.

  4. Alternate ingredients for Chicken Chili- Chili seasonings, 1/2 c diced green peppers, 1/4 c diced onions.

  5. Alternate ingredients for Chicken Stew- 1/4 c diced onions, 1/4 c sliced mushrooms, 1 tbs. minced garlic.

  6. Alternate ingredients for Three Bean Chicken Soup- 8 ounces black beans, 8 ounces kidney beans, 1/4 c diced onions, 1 tbs. minced garlic, 2 tsp italian seasoning mix.
