Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili Soup

1 lb chicken breast, boneless, cut up and browned
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 oz. diced green chilies
15 oz. white beans
26 oz Cream of Chicken soup, fat-free
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp oregano
8 oz chicken broth, fat-free
8 oz. artichoke hearts, canned, drained

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili Soup

  1. Cook chicken or use 1 large can of chicken breast.

  2. Add all other ingredients.

  3. Cook 40 minutes on stove over medium heat, or put in crock pot for a couple hours.
