More a hearty and thick soup with the flavor of chili. Add in chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, pepper, white pepper, and a dash of thyme to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili / Soup

2 1/2 cups chicken, roasting, light meat, meat only
1 1/2 cups great northern beans, canned
1 1/2 cups beans, navy, mature seeds, canned
1 1/2 cups beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, canned
1 1/2 cups corn, sweet, yellow
1 1/2 cups tomatoes, red, ripe
1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili / Soup

  1. Chicken breasts should already be cooked. Shred each breast.

  2. Combine all ingredients in large pot, simmer until hot and cooked through.

  3. Top with shredded cheese, serve with warm cornbread.
