Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

28 oz great northern beans
1 lbs. chicken breast
1/4 lb. Spanish onion, diced
1 T. garlic, minced
1 T. jalapenos, diced
1 T. chili powder
1 T. ground cumin
1/8 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. chicken stock
2 c. half and half
1 T. kosher salt
2 T. Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

Melt butter and sauté onion, garlic and jalapenos until the onions are translucent. Drain beans and add beans to sautéed mixture, cooking for five minutes. Add chili powder, cumin and flour, stirring five minutes. Add chicken stock, half and half, kosher salt, red hot sauce and Worcestershire, cooking until mixture is thickened and beans are soft. Add diced chicken and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Makes one gallon.
