Chili with chicken, tastes just like beef chili!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

2 lbs. chicken breasts (tenderized)
1 medium onion (diced)
28 oz crushed tomatoes
30 oz black beans
15 oz diced tomatoes (with chilies)
1 cup water
1 red pepper (diced)
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
6 oz Ultra Beer

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

Brown tenderized chicken in skillet, it will fall apart into smaller crumbles. Remove, brown onions and pepper in skillet drippings till tender. Add all back to skillet, simmer in 6oz beer for about 5 minutes or until alcohol is cooked off. Add to slow cooker with rest of ingredients (canned items WITH juice) and set slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, crackers, tortilla chips, or hot sauce and enjoy! Makes 12 2-cup servings.
