8 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
32 oz Beans Kidney Dark Red
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
4 oz Green Chiles
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
9 9 sprigs Coriander Leaves
2 tsp Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

Cut chicken in bite-size cubes. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Brown chicken over medium heat; add remaining ingredients. Cover skillet and simmer for 25 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
