Easy to make and great for the slow cooker. Serve with salad and corn bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 cup chicken breast, skinless, boneless
15 oz tomatos, canned
15 oz pinto beans, canned
1 cup carrots, bite size
1 cup potatos, cubed
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
4 oz. chicken broth, low sodium

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

  1. Heat oil in skillet and cook cut chicken until juices run clear.

  2. Add all other ingredients to a pot or slow cooker.

  3. Stove - cook 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender.

  4. Slow Cooker - cook on high for 4 hours.
