Savory and spicy chili cooked in a crock-pot while you do other things.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

12 oz chicken breast, diced small
12 oz red beans, soaked overnight
2 cups celery, diced
2 cups corn
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 medium red onion, diced
1/2 cup cumin powder
1/2 cup chili powder
1/2 cup pepper, serrano
3 tbsp olive oil, virgin
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp kosher salt
12 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

  1. throw everything except the salt in the crock-pot and turn it on high.

  2. Cook for 6 hours.

  3. Check water level every other hour. Add water as needed to keep everything submerged.

  4. Add salt to taste.
