Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
14 1/5 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup chicken, cooked and diced
14 1/4 oz white beans
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

  1. saute onion and garlic in olive oil

  2. add tomatoes, broth, and spices

  3. add chicken and beans

  4. simmer 15-20 minutes until flavors have combined

  5. garnish with cilantro
