Chili made with Chicken instead of ground beef.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

1/2 lb chicken breasts
30 oz black beans, canned
30 oz pinto beans, canned
15 oz white beans, canned
1 onion
28 oz tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp red pepper
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

Saute chicken breasts in oil, add all beans, tomatoes and spices. Bring to a boil, lower temperature to low and simmer for an hour or two.
