Homemade chicken chili with 95% lean ground chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

1 large onion
1 1/2 cups carrots
1 1/4 cup red pepper
28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
15 1/2 oz dark red kidney beans
17 1/2 oz ground chicken (white meat only)
1 oz chili seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

  1. saute onion, carrots and red pepper with 2 cloves garlic.

  2. brown chicken and add

  3. add canned tomatoes

  4. add kidney beans

  5. add seasoning

  6. simmer for 30 - 40 mins
