Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

3/4 pounds chicken breast, cut up
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
1 onion, diced
60 oz of black beans, drained and rinsed
29 oz. diced tomatoes
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbls chili powder
1 tbls dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

  1. combine all ingredients

  2. cook on medium for 30 minutes, then low for another 30
