Makes 10 2/3cup servings Serve with 1/2cup brown rice

Recipe Ingredients for chicken chili

1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion chopped
1 lb ground chicken
800 g canned tomatoes
400 g canned chickpeas, drained
400 g canned black beans, drained
400 g canned dark red kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for chicken chili

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and saute until soft.

  2. Add chicken and brown. Add tomatoes with juice, chickpeas, beans, broth, cumin cinnamon and hot sauce to taste.

  3. Stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes
