Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili

6 cups tomato juice
6 cups kidney beans, cooked
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 1/2 cups carrots, diced
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon roasted red pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili

  1. In kettle, bring all ingredients to a boil

  2. Simmer at least half hour on low heat
