This is not the full recipe. This is actually 4 cups of the blended part (no chicken and beans). The full recipe makes 6.5 cups. Each serving is 1 cup including the chicken and beans.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili - partial

1.53 cups chicken broth
17 1/4 ounces canned tomatoes
1 1/5 medium onion
0.31 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 1/2 T. olive oil
1 pound chicken breast
15 ounces canned beans

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili - partial

Combine all ingredients and chiles, cumin, salt and garlic in blender. Saute chicken and add to mixture and add a can of beans. Heat 30 minutes and serve over rice.
