Makes 8 servings



No fat until I drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over it. Good with corn bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chili Beans

1 lb ground chicken breast
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped bell pepper
30 oz can black beans
1 c grated carrot
32 oz canned tomatoes
1 T olive oil
3 T chili powder
2 T Worchestershire sauce
2 T yellow mustard
1/2 c ketchup
2 T tomato paste
1 1/2 t oregano
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t black pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chili Beans

Brown chicken in oil with peppers & onions. Add rest of ingredients & simmer 1 hour. I used 1 can black beans & 1 can kidney beans, but recipe analyzer did not recognize kidney beans!
