Pinto beans, chicken and green chile mix

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Chile & Beans

2 cups of pinto beans
14 1/2 oz. Stewed Tomatoes, No Salt Added
8 oz green chiles
1 med yellow onion
1 medium tomato
8 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tablespoon chile
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds

Recipe Directions for Chicken Chile & Beans

  1. sort & clean 1lb of pinto beans then soak overnight.

  2. brown chicken breasts then cube put in crock pot.

  3. rinse and cood beans 1 1/2 hrs then add to crock pot.

  4. brown and soften onions and tomatoes in skillet then add to crock pot.

  5. after simmering add spices.
