Delicious mixture of chickpeas, tomatoes & okra. A little chicken makes this a high protein meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Chickpeas, Tomatoes & Okra

1 Chicken Breast
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 Green Pepper
2 tbsp Chili Powder
15 ounce Chickpeas, Canned, Drained
15 ounce Tomatoes & Okra, Canned, Drained
2 tbsp Sour Cream
2 tbsp Cheese, Shredded

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Chickpeas, Tomatoes & Okra

  1. Brown chicken in pan with a Tbsp of canola oil.

  2. Add 1 Tbsp of Chili Powder.

  3. Add Green Pepper, Chickpeas, Tomatoes & Okra, and the rest of the chili powder.

  4. Heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

  5. Serve mixture in a bowl and add a sprinkle of cheese and a Tbsp of sour cream.
