Recipe Ingredients for chicken cheese veggie bake

16 oz bonelss skinless chicken thighs
16 oz mushrooms sliced
4 oz goat cheese
3 cups butternut squash
5 cups Broccoli Chopped
840 g cauliflower chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
0.33 cup sargento low fat shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken cheese veggie bake

Roast broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and chicken. Cook butternut squah in a little water till tender. Puree with water, mix in cheeses, seasoning to taste
