Quick hot sandwich (slice sandwich after it is cooked for 2 servings.)

Recipe Ingredients for chicken and Cheese Pannini

140 g Boboli mini-8 (1 piece)
1/4 cup Sargento reduced fat 4-cheese
100 g low fat roast-chicken style slices (3 slices)
2 teaspoons garlic scape-pesto

Recipe Directions for chicken and Cheese Pannini

  1. Heat Pannini Grill to about 325 degrees (medium heat).

  2. Spread very thin layer of pesto on entire surface.

  3. Evenly place turkey and cheese on one side and fold in half.

  4. Place on hot grill , close grill or place pannin grill lid on top of sandwich.

  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or when cheese melts.

  6. Slice and serve.
