Chicken, Cheese and Noodles Recipe

My wife's favorite meal, made slightly healthier

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, cheese and noodles

9 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Noodles
4 oz Cheese 2% Milk
8 oz Winter Mix
4 oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 oz Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Chicken, cheese and noodles

  1. Cook chicken and noodles as directed

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  3. Place frozen veggies in strainer, and strain noodles over. Allow veggies to thaw a bit as you dice up the chicken into 1/2 inch pieces (or bigger if you like).

  4. Combine ingredients in 8X8 dish

  5. Stir in 2/3 of cheddar cheese, and top with remaining cheese. Cover and place in oven for 20 minutes.

  6. Uncover and let finish for 5 more minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
