Grilled Chicken and peppers and onions w/ melted cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Cheese (like TGI Fridays)

1 lb chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 large onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Cheese (like TGI Fridays)

  1. Slice Veggies into strips, season w/ salt and pepper, toss w/ olive oil and cook on grill pan or on foil on the grill if you don't have a grill pan.

  2. Grill Chicken on grill (or grill pan)

  3. Divide veggies into 4 piles

  4. Place chicken on top and cover each w/ 1/4 of the cheese.

  5. Yum!

  6. Serve w/ tortillas and salsa and voila you have fajitas.
