Chicken and Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups

6 pc Lasagna Noodles
1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
2 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
31.9 grams Fancy Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
0.25 cup Pure Almond Original
13 oz Olive Oil and Garlic Pasta Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups

  1. In Med. bowl combine cooked chicken, cheeses, milk and some pepper.

  2. Spread 1/3c. mixture on each lasagna noodle; roll jelly-roll fashion.

  3. In a 9x9in. backing dish, spread 1c. spaghetti sauce.

  4. Arrange lasagna rolls, seam-side down in sauce in baking dish.

  5. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce and some mozzarella cheese.

  6. Cover.

  7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 28-30min.
