Only 4 easy steps! I make this healthier with 1 % milk and you could use skim. I have been told you can use zuccini instead of noodles as well.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken and cheese lasagna

1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. water
10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup pimientos, chopped
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil
8 oz noodles, lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups chicken, chopped, cooked
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided

Recipe Directions for chicken and cheese lasagna

  1. preheat oven 350 F

  2. Saute onion and bell pepper in water in LG skillet over Med heat. Add soup, pimientos, milk, and basil and mix well.

  3. Arrange half of the noodles on bottom of 11x7 inch baking dish. Spread half soup mix and half riccota cheese over noodles. Arrange half chicken on top of ricotta. Sprinkle half of each cheese over that. Repeat each layer except the cheddar and parmesan.
