Chicken and cheese enchiladas made from the directions on the back on the chicken soup can. Probably not too good for you, but sounded delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
112 grams Sour Cream Regular
6 tortilla 6" Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 10ct
2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
112 grams 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
8 oz All Natural Mild Salsa
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

  1. Mix cream of chicken soup, salsa, sour cream, and chili powder together.

  2. Mix 1 cup of soup mixture with the chicken and cheese.

  3. Divide the mixture among six tortillas and place seam side up in a baking pan.

  4. Pour remaining soup mixture over filled tortillas.

  5. Bake at 350 for 40 min.
