Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Catchatori

24 oz crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 onion, chopped
2 small zucchini
2 small yellow squash
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp garlic
8 oz chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken Catchatori

  1. chop squash, onions and mushrooms

  2. saute in olive oil and add garlic

  3. add veggies and tomato products

  4. add water and simmer for at least 30 minutes

  5. season with Italian seasoning and salt to taste
