1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
20 grams swiss vegetable bouillion powder
15 grams Gravy

  1. sprinkle chicken with flour and brown.

  2. add other ingredients and bring to the boil. cook in slow cooker or in ovenproof casserole dish for 1.5 - 2 hrs
