Creamy chicken casserole, super easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

12 oz Egg Noodles
6 1/2 oz mushrooms
10 3/4 oz (Campbell's 98% Fat Free) Cream of Chicken soup
10 3/4 oz (Campell's 98% Fat Free) Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cups chicken breast (Cooked)
1 2/5 oz french fried onion rings
1/4 cup skim milk
1/8 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook egg noodles, (you can use broth but then add it to your recipe counter) according to directions for casseroles.

  2. Mix mushrooms, soups, chicken, skim milk, and white wine together in a big bowl. (I use store cooked rotisserie chicken for this, or you can buy the precooked stuff as well.)

  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic, or paprika to taste while combining ingredients.

  4. Combine egg noodles and mixed ingredients together in a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for about 45-50 minutes or until it's bubbling. Add french fried onions on top and cook until they are golden brown. (About 5 minutes)
