A friend's recipe. Yummeh. Approximately 10 1-cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

2 cups chicken breast, diced and cooked
1 red pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup broccoli
2 cups rice
1 cup cheddar cheese
284 g (1 can) cream of broccoli soup
1/2 cup milk
200 g (1 can) pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook the chicken.

  2. Fry the onions in the oil. Possibly add hot sauce.

  3. Mix everything else together in big ol' bowl.

  4. Put in the oven, cook covered for half an hour.
