Savory chicken, plump elbow noodles, frozen veggies, all thrown together to make a mouthwatering casserole!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

9 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup 2% milk
16 ounces noodles
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1 yellow onion
1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbs sea salt
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

cube your chicken breasts and saute them with a whole thin sliced yellow onion in olive oil and a TBS salt. While that is cooking, cook your noodles (elbow) until done. Put both when done in a large mixing bowl. In a medium pot, put your three cans of soup and cup of milk on medium. Stir with wisk until done, about 3-5 minutes. Pour soups over noodle and chicken mixture. Add 1 cup of parmesan cheese and mix well. Use your hands if you need to. Thrown in your large chopped veggies and mix a little more. Pour it all into a 9X13 casserole dish. Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. At 30 minutes sprinkle the remaining half cup of parmesan cheese over the top and put back into oven for about 10 minutes or until it lightly browns (Or your choice of how brown you want it). Take it out and let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
