This is a delicious one dish meal of chicken, rice and broccoli.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

24 oz skinless Chicken breasts
2 cups steamed broccoli
2 cups Boiling water
2 oz Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

  1. Trim fat and skin from chicken breasts

  2. Mix Onions (diced), Lipton onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup and rice with hot water.

  3. Arrange chicken breasts and (lightly steamed) broccoli in casserole dish.

  4. Add Onion mix to dish.

  5. Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour.
