Chicken or Shrimp recipe made with Golden mushroom soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

1 large onion
1 bell pepper
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken
1 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 can mushroom soup
8 ounce fat free cream cheese
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 cup green onions

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

  1. Cut up and cook chicken

  2. Saute the onion and garlic in a little chicken broth until the onion starts getting translucent.

  3. Add green peppers and mushrooms and saute until tender.

  4. If using shrimp add now if raw.

  5. Add parsley, soup, and cream cheese and stir until melted.

  6. Add hot sauce and green onions.
