Chicken casserole, very easy to adapt to whatever you have on hand

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken casserole

3 cups diced chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken casserole

mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. place in greased 9x13 baking pan. mix bread crumbs and melted butter and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
