Cheesy chicken casserole....I usually change details depending on what I have in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

2 1/2 pounds chicken
1 cup snap peas
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
1/2 cup celery
2 garlic cloves
2 cups skim milk
1 cup water
1 cup chicken bouillion
1 cup wheat flour
15 ounces egg noodles
2 cups cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook chicken in a pan. Add garlic, onion, and peppers when it is almost done.

  2. Start noodles boiling cook until al dente...about 6 min.

  3. Add all veggies to chicken in pan. Cook until almost tender.

  4. Mix Chicken bouillion with flour, pepper, milk, cand water and add to chicken veggie pan.

  5. Cook until creamy.

  6. Mix in noodles and pour mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
