Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

32 ounce chicken breasts
9 ounce cream of chicken soup
9 ounce cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
5 tbsp sour cream
1 salt and pepper to taste
150 grams ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil the chicken breasts until cooked thoroughly. Let cool, then de-bone and shred meat.

  2. Place the meat, soups, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sour cream in a large bowl and stir. Once mixed, transfer to a glass baking dish.

  3. Crush the ritz crackers and stir in the melted butter, making sure that the crackers absorb it.

  4. Place a layer of crackers over the chicken mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
