200 g chicken leg
3/4 pint chicken stock
1 oz red lentils
1 oz green lentils
8 baby carrots
1 medium onion
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 pepper
1 pinch salt
4 large mushrooms
1 oz egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

Fry the onion and brown the chicken in the oil and all the other ingredients and cook slowly until the lentils are tender and the meat falls of the bone.
