Mostly a vegetable dish with only a small amount of chicken, 1 breast from the whole recipe and no added fats at all.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

1 packet Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 carrot Carrots
1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 serving Chicken
2 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Cooking Stock
1 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole

  1. Chop up all the chicken and all fresh veges. (leave frozen veges till almost the end of the cooking time)

  2. Put them in a large pot and just cover with water. Add Chicken stock.

  3. Bring to the boil, then cook over a medium heat for 2-3 hours.

  4. Towards the end of the cooking time add the Mushroom soup mix and frozen veges, return to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Serve
