3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.25 cup Butter
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
30 oz Spinach
4 oz Mushrooms
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
2 cup Mahatma Natural Long Grain Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Casserole #1

  1. Cook chicken.

  2. Cook butter, garlic, lemon, cream of chicken, seasonings, milk, and Parmesan in saucepan.

  3. Arrange in 9X13 pan: spinach, rice, mushrooms, half of cream, chicken, and rest of cream.

  4. Cook 20-25 minutes.
