Easy delicious chicken stir fry, that is better than take-out.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Cashew Sitr Fry

2 tbs olive oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
2 celery stalks
1 small onion
4 oz sweet peas
5 oz broccoli
3 tbs sauce
1/4 cup cashews

Recipe Directions for Chicken Cashew Sitr Fry

  1. Heat olive oil in Wok until sizzling add chicken and cook through about 3 minutes.

  2. Add all chopped vegetables and fold in with the chicken. Cook until onions has become glassy. Add cashews and sauce. Mix again and heat for another 3 minutes. Serve immediately.

  3. Can be made over a bed of brown rice or quinoa.
