2 oz grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup steamed wild rice
1 tomato (plum, sliced)
1/4 cup Italian four-cheese blend
2 basil leaves (fresh)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chicken Caprese
