Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Caprese Pasta

9 oz whole wheat pasta
186 g chicken breast, cooked
54 g mozzarella cheese
200 g tomato
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp basil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Caprese Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.

  2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and pour over cooked pasta.

  3. Add cooked chicken, tomato, basil, and mozzarella cheese and stir gently.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
