Recipe Ingredients for chicken caesar salad

10 2/3 tbs Canola Mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
14 3/10 g anchovy paste
6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cups chicken, roasted white meat only
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved

Recipe Directions for chicken caesar salad

  1. mix first 5 ingredients let sit in fridge 4 to 24 hours the longer the better

  2. mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl

  3. add dressing and toss well
