Serve dressed with low fat caesar dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Caesar Salad

200 grams chicken
50 grams prosciutto
80 grams lettuce (cos)
1/4 tsp oil

croutons:
1 slice bread
1/2 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Caesar Salad

  1. Cube bread & lightly spray with oil. Bake in a warm oven until crispy.

  2. Lightly spray frying pan. Add chicken & fry until cooked - set aside.

  3. Slice bacon into strips (remove fat first) and fry in pan until cooked.

  4. Slice cos lettuce, add cooked chicken, bacon & croutons.

  5. Dress with low fat caesar dressing.
