Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Cacciatore

1/2 cup vegetable oil
18 3/4 lbs raw chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw
2 3/4 gallons chicken broth
1/2 cup oregano, dried, crushed
1/2 cup garlic powder
22 lbs diced tomatoes, canned
25 small green peppers, diced
25 medium onions, cut into wedges
2 tbsp black pepper
9 lbs dry macaroni, can use shell pasta as well

Recipe Directions for Chicken Cacciatore

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides.

  2. Stir in the stock, oregano, garlic powder, tomatoes, green pepper, onion and black pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in the pasta. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes utnil the pasta is tender.
