Chicken Cacciatore. Use approximately 1700 skinfree chicken legs to equal 1200 grams of meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Cacciatore

1 tbsp olive oil
1200 grams chicken legs
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
1 cup celery
75 grams pancetta
125 grams mushrooms
1 cup white wine
800 grams tinned tomatoes
1 tbsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Chicken Cacciatore

  1. Chop all vegetables

  2. Heat 1/2 olive oil in large flameproof pot

  3. cook onions, garlic, celery and pancetta until soft

  4. add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes

  5. Remove from pot and set aside

  6. Add remaining oil to pan

  7. Brown chicken pieces until golden

  8. Return all ingredients to pan

  9. Cover and simmer for 1 hour
