Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Cacciatore

4 serving Chicken
28 oz Tomato Sauce
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 large Onions

Recipe Directions for Chicken Cacciatore

  1. Dice peppers and onions. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cover, Low for 8-9 hours, High for 4-5 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and return to pot. Leave uncovered on High for 1 hour to thicken.

  2. Enjoy over spaghetti squash or pasta.
