Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Cabbage Stew

0.75 cup, shredded Cabbage, Cooked
0.25 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 tbsp Carrots
0.12 cup Yellow Squash
0.12 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
0.5 clove Garlic
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 cube Chicken Flavor Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Cabbage Stew

  1. steam or bake 4 oz of fresh chicken breast in a covered dish (or in foil) for 30 minutes at preheated oven set at 350 degrees

  2. chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces

  3. bring to boil a medium sauce pan with two cups of water

  4. chop up chicken and add to boiling water, and include all veggies and boullion, and reduce heat to simmer level

  5. cook for 15 minutes, or until veggies are softened, but not overcooked or mushy

  6. add a pinch of salt, pepper, or other seasonings to taste

  7. serve hot
