Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Cabbage Soup 1.25 c. servings

1 cup, chopped Onions
3 3 cloves Garlic
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
64 oz 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Cabbage Soup 1.25 c. servings

Bring 2 cups of chicken broth to simmer. Meanwhile, chop onion, garlic, celery, carrots. Add to broth. While that is cooking, chop cabbage adn squash. Add remaing broth and bring to a boil. Add cabbage and squash and cooked chicken. Simmer till veggies are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
